• November 15 — Barrel Tasting & Seminar

    One of the most exciting things about winemaking is the magical evolution that occurs during élevage, which is the French term for “bringing up the wine” aka barrel ageing.

    We invite you to taste samples of our 2024 Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot that just finished up fermentation within the past few days. Alongside these wines, we will taste our 2023 red blends, which includes our Concerto, Nocturne, and Adagio. Those blends have all been in barrel for about 12 months now.

    This will be a great way to taste how a wine evolves with time – the differences are striking! Our Vigneron, Adam Fizyta, will host the event on Friday, November 15th, at 5pm in the cru lounge!

    In addition to a seated tasting of barrel samples, Adam will walk the group around the crush pad where he will show all of the equipment that is used to process the fruit. This includes our destemmer, sorting table, grape press and selected barrels for our aging process. 

    This is a rare opportunity to taste our 2024 wines in their infancy and see how the 2023s have evolved over the past 12 months.

  • December 7 — Holiday Pop Up with Gauchito Steaks, Live Music & Limited Vendors

    Plan a visit to enjoy the delicious Gauchito Steaks from 12-4pm, enjoy with a glass of your favorite vintage, or share a bottle under the pergola with live music from Josh Bayer from 1-4pm.

    We will have select Artisan Vendors here also with baked goods, jewelry, artwork, and natural beauty products from 12-4pm.

    Our tasting room will be open that day from 11:30am-6pm.

  • December 13 — Member's Night : Concerto

    CRU MEMBERS ONLY

    We invite you to compare and taste the 2021, 2022, and 2023 (barrel sample) of Concerto for you to experience their individual personalities. During the event, our team will go into more depth concerning the blend composition, growing seasons, and winemaking. Light charcuterie will be provided.

    Members will have the opportunity to pre-purchase the 2022 vintage which will not be officially released until February 2025. Grab a bottle to include with your holiday meals with friends and family!

    Members night will be by reservation only, from 6-8pm. Space will be limited to 70 people for this special pre-release event.
